The Weekly Three: September 18th, 2023
Sometimes people stab you in the back, and sometimes they patch you up and get you back in the saddle.
Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.

The Big Idea: 🎶You can go your own waaaayyyy 🎵You can call it anoooooother lonely daaay🎶
There’s not a single number in sight this week, and more than one court card—it might be a lot more people-y than usual. That could be a good thing and a bad thing, but not just one or the other (as we’ll see in a sec.)
The Queen of Swords reversed is a straight up two-faced bitch. She’s snarky, she’s mean and she’s not always saying it to your face. The energy of this card in this position is shittily and disappointingly deceptive.
The Queen of Swords is associated with the cardinal sign of Libra. With this reversal, we can expect the shadow side of that sign to be in play: snobby, superficial, indecisive and passive-aggressive energy abounds. Someone could be acting a little backstabby right now, and if you can’t see the knife coming or know where the pain’s originating, it can hurt all the more deeply.
Next up, we’ve got a 🎉BONUS CARD!🎉
The Lostland is a card that says to me: “searching, questing, discovering—in the messy middle but right on track.” Here it is upright so you can see the imagery without standing on your head:
There’s something about it that’s just the height of fantasy, but it doesn’t feel like A fantasy, y’know what I mean? It still feels a card that’s asking for groundedness and practicality. So, having this card come up reversed in the spread almost feels like, rather than not being there yet as in: in-process, we’re not there yet as in: literally, actually kinda lost. Dammit.
The Knight of Wands, though, is HOT and DETERMINED and ready for action. But what is the right course of action when you’re feeling a little lost and alone?
The suit of Wands is all about passion, creativity and the element of fire. This Knight might be the one ready to lead you to the truth as long as you’re not afraid of your own heat.
In Your Business: Pain is inevitable on this journey, often when you least expect it, but you’re not powerless.
People might not say what they mean. You might feel left out of the loop or like you’re missing information. You might feel like you’ve been led astray. But following the fire in your gut might be the way out of this nebulous entanglement. Is there someone you trust that can help you reconnect with the things that light you up?
The Knight of Wands is associated with Leo, a fixed fire sign. Fixed signs can be determined, steadfast and structured.
When I see that energy associated with a card that is so much about movement and action, it makes me thing about seeing a creative project through to the end and doing what you need to do in order to bring it to life. There’s boldness, enthusiasm and the willingness to take a risk.
And I see a plan of attack that works best when the fire isn’t burning out of control, but used to fuel forward motion.
Where do you need to stick to your creative guns in order to ditch the toxic shit-stirrers and find your own way back to your path to see this thing through? And who do you trust to help you do that?
This week might feel challenging. There may be moments that prick and poke and cause you pain.
Turning to those you can trust to inspire and encourage you, harnessing your fire and staying in your integrity without letting the blaze burn out of control is the way to go.
Until next week,
Zoha
