Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.
The Overall Vibe: Moving fast without structure leads to confusion.
The Emperor, when upright, is all about structure, discipline and rulership.
Turn that shit upside down and what happens? Structure gets sloppy and discipline goes out the window. You might feel like you’re losing your power somewhere, or your grip on your goals is getting slippery.
The Knight of Swords is a fast-moving figure. You’ve got the ability to hit the ground running and speak with clarity and conviction. But what kind of fuckery could that gotta-go-right-NOW energy create when it’s paired with the sloppy vibes of the previous card?
Surpriiiiise (butnotreallyyyyyy 😬) it’s the VII of Cups.
The VII of Cups means you’ve got options, yay! And also: there are way too many options, ugh.
This card can represent decision paralysis, shiny object syndrome, having your head in the clouds and a mixed bag of aaaaalllll the feelings. In short: emotional confusion.
The Big Idea: What’s the plan? What are the steps you need to take to make things happen?
The Emperor is associated with the sign of Aries—where we just had a Solar Eclipse-New Moon double feature at the end of April. Did you put a new intention into motion recently?
If so, it might be a good time to go back and make sure you’ve got the clarity and plans in place to execute on that intention.
Even if the intentions aren’t new, you may need a refresh on your approach. Once you’ve got a clear idea of how this needs to move forward, that Knight of Swords energy is ready and available to help you cut through the buffoonery and straight to your goals!
It’s interesting to me that the last couple of Weekly Threes have also had an air of confused energy. Maybe NOT so “interesting” and more “obviously-duh-of-course” when you take in the current state of the world and how fractured we feel collectively right now.
It can feel exhausting to have to keep changing tack, rerouting plans, or even finding the gumption to think through a complete plan in the first place.
The positive part of this though, is that I can see a silver lining in each of these weekly spreads.
Last week, we saw that community is key in buoying up our goals.
The week before that, we saw that a little self-awareness and real care for ourselves could take us where we need to go.
This week, we’ve got the drive and the tools to make things happen, we just need a plan that lets us do the damn thing.
Remember this, if it helps: we have resources within and around us that come in many different forms.
Getting clear on both what you want to achieve and what you can access to help you get there will help clear the cloudy indecision of the VII of Cups, too.
The shortest route to our goals may not always be the one that seems the most obvious or intuitive - but being honest about what you need at any given moment will help you be clearer about what you already have to work with.
We all have different circumstances that we’re working within. Your resources might not look the same as another’s. But they do exist—in their own unique-to-your-existence kind of way.
Find a way to access those resources and construct a plan that allows you to use them in order to reach your goals. You’ve got this! 🙌🏽
Until next week,
Zoha
