The Weekly Three: May 15th, 2023
Last week's deception gets "truthified" and brings you a new approach to leadership.
Pre-S! You’re officially invited to an Intuitive 2-for-1 Happy Hour Special! I’m joining forces with Bridget Shoquist, my friend and incredible Intuitive Channel and Life Coach, to bring you a very special goal-setting, goal-getting session.
We both believe there’s more power in internal wisdom than could ever exist in external validation. That’s why we created these sessions to provide you with divine guidance on the things that feel unclear, especially if you're:
In limbo between knowing what you want, and knowing how to make it happen
On the verge of metamorphosis and scared you're going to take a wrong step and lose everything
Feeling uncertain, stagnant or stuck in your business without understanding how to get moving again
This is a Luke Skywalker walking into the cave on Dagobah situation. It’s foggy. It’s marshy. You’re like “what in the entire actual fuck are we doing here?” And-but-also your guides know the Force is strong with you.
(Are Bridget and I twin-Yodas in this scenario? Are we the cave? Are we the apparition of your own decapitated head in Darth Vader’s helmet? I DON’T KNOW, BUT LET’S FIND OUT TOGETHER!)
I promise you’re gonna come out of that cave ready to Force-lift your X-wing straight out of the misty bogs of life.
Click here to find out more! Right now I’m only opening this opportunity up to you, my readers, because you’re special and I’d love to see you there!💛 Now let’s get into these cards…
Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.
The Big Idea: Shit’s out in the open and you can regain sovereignty by working on your skills.
Sometimes I pull cards and I still get a thrill from the messages that come through.
After last week’s Knight of Cups reversed giving ALL of the “don’t trust me or what I’m offering” and “read between the lines before you act—”
Seeing the VII of Swords reversed made me go 😳🤯😮💨
This card is all about turning on the lights in the dark room of deception and dishonesty.
A thief gets caught (suckaaaaa!) The lies are out in the open. You know the truth about everyone’s motives (including your own,) and you can deal with the reality of the situation now.
The King of Pentacles is the warm, nurturing, practical leader. They are the master of their realm and guide their subjects with kindness and strength.
This card also represents someone who is excellent with their resources and a great businessperson, or even someone like a coach or mentor who has expertise in these areas.
When I see this card, it makes me think of ways we can find security and sovereignty in our money, businesses and physical bodies.
The VIII of Pentacles, when it’s upright, is a card of skilled labor. It’s having “the skills to pay the bills” and knowing your work is paying off. When reversed, it can often mean that you need to get back to learning—there’s something more you need to know in order to make these skills work for you.
It can also indicate that you need more practice or that you haven’t been putting in the reps lately—have you? If you’re being honest with yourself? (I have no fucking clue because you haven’t told me, but have you??)
In Your Business: Approach this* with a beginner’s mindset and you can seize an opportunity to positively affect your physical resources, especially now that you know exactly what’s going on.
*I don’t know what “this” might be, but I know the second this reading clicks for you, you most certainly do (and that’s the important bit.)
Look: leadership is different things at different times. Sometimes it means you walk into a room and remind yourself that you’re a fucking expert. You know your shit. You’re the go-to for the answers to this problem.
And then there are times that leadership looks like saying “I don’t know,” or “I need more information/understanding/practice.”
Did the “deception, undone” of the last couple weeks show you there are gaps in your knowledge or skillset? That your approach isn’t serving you, or that you’re making assumptions?
This might be a moment where your ego needs to take a backseat so that you can move the vehicle forward in a meaningful way.
Whatever got uncovered, discovered or even diffused might have felt like a bummer, or even a big shock, but it might also be a lesson in where we need more lessons.
The action you take from here might need to focus on strengthening the foundations for the good of the long-term gain rather than charging ahead like nothing happened.
We currently live in a world that creates urgency around “starting before you’re ready” and “just staying one step ahead.” I know from experience the kind of sloppy work and weak foundation that approach can actually cause.
It might seem like a great catalyst to get things moving, but a poorly built structure won’t stay functioning well for long (if at all.)
How can you slow down and take a more strategic and intentional approach that’s based in true excellence? How can you reinforce the foundation that’s supporting the whole?
And, how can you be better prepared if another deceptive situation arises?
Until next week,
Zoha
PS: If you’re at a crossroads, join me and Bridget for the extra powerful session we made just for you🙌🏽
