Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.

The Big Idea: Take a step back from the crowd to recommit to your craft and find balance.
The III of Cups reversed is back! This card came up two weeks ago in the June 5th edition of The Weekly Three, and in that spread it brought a sense of feeling disconnected or without support.
This week, it’s bringing with it a sense that the disconnection is necessary and intentional. It’s giving “alone” rather than “lonely.” You need some distance from the crowd in order to hear and process your own feelings about what’s in front of you.
The VII of Pentacles suggests solid growth sprouting through the soil through concentrated effort and commitment to the work. This card is also a card of apprenticeship and learning. There are ways in which you may be leveling up your skills or the way you do your work. Your growth is showing.
The II of Cups is all about balance and harmony. Two halves of a whole coming together and creating the ultimate THING. What’s the ultimate thing you’re trying to create right now? What needs to be in balance for it to exist?
In Your Business: Trust your own gut to access the growth and balance you’re looking for.
Sometimes we need other people’s input on what we’re doing, and sometimes we really fucking don’t.
Taking space to hear your own thoughts, understanding your own feelings and how you need to process them, knowing what it’s going to take for you to transmute them into action—it all requires intention and the ability to trust yourself.
We’re about to walk into the Summer Solstice, with cardinal water sign Cancer leading the way and I think it’s so, so, sooooooo appropriate that this spread has two cards from the suit of Cups and one from the suit of Pentacles.
What’s starting right now is literally a season of emotional nourishment and growth. Cancer is also a sign that’s associated with intuition and cozy-nested hermiting.
This might be a moment where you not only want, but need to pull back and reconnect with what you’re trying to grow. There’s a lot of power in putting consistent energy into things that take time to flourish.
That means honing your skills, strengthening your craft, continuing to water the garden you’ve planted even when you don’t see immediate results bursting through the earth and reaching up to the sky.
Understanding the balance between when I need to push and when I need to pull back and allow the work to continue uneventfully occurring has been one of the hardest, but most rewarding lessons of running my own business.
