Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.

The Big Idea: A time to turn inward to what refuels, reorients and reenergizes you.
A big part of my work, both here on Substack and with my clients inside my coaching practice, is striving to approach you (and me) as whole humans. We love compartmentalizing our lives as if everything isn’t interconnected and the same being isn’t showing up in all of those segments of existence.
This week’s cards are a reminder that we ignore our humanity at our own risk, and a request for us to pay attention to all the parts of life that both make us who we are and support who we are becoming.
The VIII of Pentacles is a card of craftsmanship. It’s diligent practice, learning and apprenticeship. It’s also a card of perseverance and commitment to the craft. Even experts need to keep their skills sharp. Whether you’re a seasoned business veteran or a total newbie, gaining new experience and knowledge mean being able to deliver on what you promise and reap the rewards of your actions.
The X of Cups is emotional connection at it’s best. Friends and family (chosen or otherwise) are a source of joy and contentment. You have everything—rather, everyone—that you need, and they’re so glad to have you too.
The IV of Swords is honestly a relief every time I see it. It indicates a need for rest—not just physical, but mental rest. Stop fighting, put down your sword and lay the fuck down. It’s time to tend to your own needs and care.
In Your Business: Focus on whole-human support to be fully functional and present.
What makes you better at your job? Who or What are you even doing this for?
Building a successful business isn’t just about the marketing and the networking—yes, that’s a huge part, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not all of it.
If you aren’t able to take care of yourself, connect with people you love, or find ways of growing, what even is the point of all of this?
We make money in order to survive, and a big part of that survival is being well enough to actually get back out there and make more money. It’s a vicious, stupid cycle, and I hate it. I wish it worked differently (and maybe someday it will.)
And-but-also, I wouldn’t be here doing this if it wasn’t for an unwavering drive to create opportunities for personal growth, fulfillment, rest and connection. Sometimes we get so caught up in the creation of those opportunities that we actually forget to avail ourselves of them at all.
What do you need to do this week to ground yourself in your ever-expanding-but-only-human existence?
Instead of creating only for your clients, what can you create for yourself? Instead of connecting with more leads, how can you connect with your loved ones? Instead of constantly repeating to yourself that you need a break, how can you take it?
Find ways to support the whole human that’s building this business you care about so much. I promise, you deserve it.
Until next week,
Zoha
