The Weekly Three: April 24th, 2023
The importance of community and approaching structure with softness.
Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.
First of all, how fucking cute is this 8-bit Fantasy Tarot deck?!
Second, this week we’re focusing on strategic movement, a sense of childlike innocence and gratitude in community.
The Overall Vibe: Strategic alliances made in integrity take you far.
Right off the bat, I notice that we’re living in the suit of Cups here. That means emotions, intuition, relationships - the kind of stuff that flows like water (or if you’re like me: tears—because you saw a tiny smol kitten and that’s all it takes to open the floodgates.)
The Chariot says there’s a green light to move in a specific direction, given that you know what that direction is. This card always makes me ask the question “do I know where the fuck I’m going?”
That vehicle is ready to take you where you need to go, so make sure your directions are clear and the GPS is programmed right. Especially with Mercury in retrograde until May 14th, double check everything before hitting the gas.
The movement associated with this card requires discipline and willpower. It feels super structured, especially next to the uuuuber flowy, gooshy cards next to it.
The VI of Cups speaks to nostalgia, innocence, sweetness, reconnecting with your roots. It also makes me think of a budding new partnership that may have the flavor of making a new best friend on the playground.
The X of Cups is pure emotional contentment in a card. You’ve got support and everyone’s ready to celebrate your wins with you. In business, this is yet another card that speaks to networks, partnerships and community.
The Big Idea:
We can’t always get where we’re going on pure self-sufficient-steam alone—we need support and community in different ways. And, our communities need us.
This week, think about your big plans: are they clear? Could working in partnership with others in your network be mutually beneficial to all of your goals?
You’ll get where you need to go a lot faster if you can carpool. Who do you want in that car with you?
Lastly, but also MOSTLY: how do you define your community, and are your plans, the way they’re laid out now, helping and serving that community as well?
The world is shifting, our routes are changing—I feel like we need to care about who else is on the road with us more than ever.
We all win when we bring each other with us on this journey.
Until next week,
Zoha
