The Weekly Three, 2/19/24: Success requires context.
On reassessing the intersection of outer circumstances and inner resources.
Getting from here to there is never a straight path, nor is it always a clear or easy one to follow. Part of that is because life is life and it just keeps life-ing, with or without our permission. Another part of that is because our contexts change as we move forward. This week, you’re asked to take another look around at what your current context is so that you can base your actions on the truth.
Welcome to The Weekly Three! Each Monday, I share a three-card Tarot spread to help you focus your intuitive energy in real life, and take action with intention inside your business.
I pull these cards with the collective energy of my community in mind, but if you want a custom spread of your very own, you can get it right here.

In The Cards: Clarity strikes and your path needs reassessing.
Heads up! All Major Arcana cards in today’s spread are signaling an important collective ✨moment✨.
The Hanged Man reversed puts you back on your feet. No more stalling or mulling things over—clarity strikes and you know what needs to happen in order for you to take the next step.
The Chariot reversed is asking you to pull over and step out of the vehicle for a moment. It may seem counteractive to the previous card, but I think it’s actually a perfect complement. This card is a request to double check the map. Are you really going the right way, or have you been going down the same route out of habit?
The Hierophant is always a weird card for me. I don’t have a great relationship with societal norms or standardized education, two of the associations of this card. But another, more nuanced association is one I can always get behind: the idea of accessing sacred knowledge through structured study or with the help of a teacher.
In Between: Recontextualizing the plans so that action has purpose.
Getting from where you are to where you want to be can feel like a long and winding road (mostly because it is.) Sometimes it can feel like all the plans you made are coming to nothing, like you’re barely moving at all. Other times, it’s like your flying down the side of a mountain, the brisk wind whipping through your hair.
What’s the difference? Why the variability?
It’s all about context.
The resources we have throughout our journey vary. Physical resources like money, physical energy and health, intangible resources like creativity and time—they all fluctuate. And the real sweet spot in creating forward momentum toward achieving your goals exists at the intersection of your current resources and your current circumstances.
When your outer environment exists in support of your inner resources, you can take huge leaps forward. But when there’s discord between the two, it’s harder to make progress.
I know this isn’t news. This phenomenon is a big part of how systemic oppression functions to keep those who are marginalized and underprivileged in a constant state of striving while keeping those who benefit from these systems in a constant state of thriving.
But on a much more microlevel, this relationship between your outer environment and your inner resources is playing itself out within the mundanity of your daily life. From moment to moment, your context is shifting.
And in order for your plans to come through the way you need them to, you’ve got to follow that context. Forcing a path through terrain that has changed will not yield the results you’re looking for.
In Your Business: Gather the information you need
This week is about gathering the information you need in order to move through your current context.
How have things changed or shifted since you set that goal you’re working toward? And what about that goal still works for you (and what doesn’t?) Where do you need to adapt to a new context?
You’re likely about to be working with a new spark of clarity (!) this week. Remember to gather the knowledge you need in order to work with the reality of your resources and circumstance right now—not what they used to be nor what you wish they were instead.
Learn, assess, refigure your course forward. Then see where your next steps will take you.
Until next week,
Zoha
